During my stay at this 4-star hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly greetings from the staff. They made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably maintained, providing me with a comfortable and luxurious experience. The bed was heavenly, and I especially appreciated the extra pillows for added comfort. The hotel's location in a beautiful architectural complex added to the overall charm and uniqueness of this place. Additionally, the buffet breakfast and lunch were delicious, offering a variety of options for all dietary preferences. The staff's attention to detail, such as providing signage for allergies, showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction. the quality of service and enhanced comfort provided by this hotel made my stay truly enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable experience. The staff's attentiveness, spacious rooms, delicious food, and beautiful location make it the perfect choice for a memorable stay.

    Nice
    6.6

The hotel had a good view and the rooms were quite spacious, which was nice. the staff were polite and tried their best to make our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the breakfast buffet, especially the fresh juices and variety of bread. the garden was well-maintained and beautiful, a perfect spot for photos with family.

The location was very remote and it was tough to find our way to the hotel. During the New Year, the hotel was quite empty, which made for a lackluster atmosphere.

The hotel's location near the onsen with the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge views and Yumebutai Gardens are great attractions to explore. the rooms are spacious and have beautiful sea or garden views. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of western and Japanese food, and the hotel's restaurant features local ingredients. the staff is responsive and accommodating, and the amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools, the bakery, and the bicycles for rent make the stay enjoyable.

It would have been more convenient if the hotel had a convenience store or gift shop on-site.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, right in front of the JR Expressway bus stop. The cleanliness of our huge room was impressive, with a lovely luggage/dressing room and extra pillows on the heavenly bed. The breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious, and as a vegetarian, I appreciated the allergy signage on the food. The staff were exceptional and welcoming from the start, even allowing us to access our room early.

Almost perfect. We did experience some noise from our neighboring rooms, but it was only a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic stay in this city served by public transportation during daytime.

    Very good
    7.0

Great location to escape from the hustle and bustle. stunning sea view and spacious rooms. The food was reasonably priced and taste was good.

It wasn't a convenient location for me and there are very limited activities nearby. The staff doesn't speak good English, and it's hard to communicate.
